Each year, Alan Symonds hosts a Lighting workshop and a Scenic Painting workshop, and others as interest demands. Contact him directly for more information. Currently scheduled workshops will be listed on the calendar page.

Michael Griggs, David Corlette, Ryan McGee and Marc Jimenez also hold occasional workshops on topics such as welding and lighting design; keep an eye on the HRDC newsletter for further information.

Request for Workshops

If you would like to participate in a workshop in a particular aspect of theater, please let us know! If there is enough interest, we will organize one. Simply e-mail us with your name, address, phone number and the types of workshops you would be interested in:

• Basic Set Construction (there are generally two of these/year already)
• Advanced Set Construction
• Scenic Painting
• Welding
• Scenic Design
• Basic Lighting (2/year already)
• CAD design (VectorWorks)
• Building Costumes
• Sound Design
